Terms of Service & Usage Agreement
Standard terms and conditions governing purchases and directory usage on ImpactLink.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing ImpactLink or purchasing any dataset or audience solution, you enter into a legally binding agreement with HarshFin Consulting and Associates (operating as ImpactLink).
2. Data License & Intellectual Property
Upon successful payment, customers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable internal commercial license to use the purchased directory records for lawful sales prospecting, business outreach, and audience analysis. Reselling or publicly redistributing our raw databases without an authorized Reseller Agreement is strictly prohibited.
3. Payment & Delivery Terms
- Payments are processed in INR via RBI-authorized gateways (Razorpay).
- Digital downloads are delivered instantly to your customer dashboard upon payment confirmation, or dispatched via verified email within 2-4 business hours for custom verified orders.
4. Limitation of Liability
ImpactLink provides verified contact records on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no circumstance will HarshFin Consulting and Associates be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from marketing campaign performance.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.
