1. Digital Products Policy
Due to the digital and instantly downloadable nature of data directories, orders are generally non-refundable once the raw file has been downloaded or emailed.
2. 100% Free Replacement Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our directories. If you encounter an invalid contact rate exceeding 10% (such as hard bounced emails or disconnected phone numbers):
1. Submit your verification report or bounce log within 7 days of purchase.
2. Our data quality team will audit the flagged entries within 24 business hours.
3. We will provide free replacement records to compensate for the invalid entries.
3. Order Cancellations & Refunds
If a technical glitch results in duplicate billing or if an automated download fails to generate, our support team will issue a 100% refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
